Scaled the deadlifts to 225 and the push press to 45. 6:34.17

My OHS needs a lot of work. 65, 65, 75, 75, 75.

Conditioning:
Deadlifts at 165#, DB Push Press at 30# because SFC Tremblay took my 35s.

EMOM: OHS @ 65#
Tried my best to do double-unders but they hate me, so I really need to work on those.

I wanted to come back in the afternoon to do Outlaw, but I got really busy. I'll do it tomorrow.
